On September 24-30, 2023, the President of PPLPK Bali Foundation, Drs. Ida Bagus Arka and Rector of ITEKES Bali, I Gede Putu Darma Suyasa, S.Kp., M.Ng., Ph.D accepted an invitation to visit Japan and sign an MOU with Life Vision Cooperative in Japan. ITEKES Bali representatives were also visited some health facilities, such as clinics and nursing homes in Fukuoka, Nagoya and Tokyo, Japan. All of those trips were facilitated by Mr. Yoyok Widodo, the consultant of PT Sahabat Japan - Indonesia. The MOU was signed on September 29, 2023 by the Rector of ITEKES Bali Mr. I Gede Putu Darma Suyasa, S.Kp.,M.Ng.,Ph.D and Director of Life Vision Cooperative, Mr. Hirofumi Kikuchi. In addition, the President of the PPLPK Bali Foundation and the Rector of ITEKES Bali also had the opportunity to meet the Indonesian Attach for Education and Culture in Tokyo, Prof. Ir. Yusli Wardiatno, M.Sc. P.hD to discuss about establishment of cooperation on geriatric nursing education.
