Midwife is one of professions that work as the forefront in providing health services, especially related to maternal and childs health. A midwife is expected to be able to provide professional midwifery care through the practice of midwifery care in real settings such as services at the community under the support of health centers through promotive and preventive efforts. In achieving these goals, the ITEKES Bali Midwife Profession Program is committed to providing education not only in the classical setting but also in the real setting through community midwifery practice. It is expected that through real practice in the communit, the midwifery students will be able to provide midwifery care throughout the life cycle of women and children comprehensively through a promotive and preventive approach, in line with the vision and mission of ITEKES Bali and the Midwife Profession Program. The field work practice was carried out in 3 locations of Public Health Centre (Puskesmas), namely: UPTD Puskesmas I South Denpasar, UPTD Puskesmas Sukawati I, and UPTD Puskesmas Kintamani VI. The field work practice was started from the preparation stage from November 27 to December 1, 2023, and the implementation stage from December 4 to 31, 2023.
